Q: What does my pet need to board at Cat and Dog World?
A: We ask to see proof that all animals have up to date vaccinations.

Q: Can my pets stay together?
A: Yes, all our kennels and cat chalets are large enough for 2 or more animals.

Q: Will my cat/ dog be put in with another animal?
A: We never mix cats/dogs from different homes, except over Christmas/New Year when small compatible dogs may be mixed, with the owners agreement.

Q: Will my dog be exercised?
A: Yes, all dogs are allowed free running exercise, individually, twice daily in one of our seven large secure enclosures.

Q: Can my pet have tinned food?
A: Yes, at no extra charge.

Q: Can I bring my pets bed and toys in?
A: Yes, we are happy for you to do so.

Q: Is my pets accommodation heated?
A: Heated kennels/cat chalets are available for an additional charge.

Q: What if my dog has Leishmania?
A: Unfortunately Leishmaniosis, which is caused by a parasite, is very common on the Costa Del Sol so we are very experienced in administering any form of medication as prescribed by your vet.

Q: Can my dog have a bath and groom before I collect him?
A: Yes, we have a fully equipped dog salon but there is an additional charge for this service.

Q: Can I deliver/collect my pet out of hours?
A: No, unfortunately as it disturbs the animals but we are open 7 days a week.

Q: Can you send my pet to other countries?
A: Yes, we offer a complete relocation service and specialize in exporting animals to the UK.
